Our primary focus is estate planning, wills and trusts, probate; and business formation and governance of entities.

Since we opened over twenty years ago the legal profession has faced significant changes. ABOUT ROCHELLE
Rochelle Schneider, J.D., EMBA, has over 25 years of experience in law and consulting, half of which she spent in the aerospace industry dealing with Fortune 100 companies and half of which she has spent in private practice.
A highly skilled advisor to private companies, dynamic entrepreneurs, families and individuals, Rochelle provides management consulting services including orderly and profitable growth and transition, strategic/succession planning and implementation, and change management.
Rochelle also acts as “outside general counsel” for a number of businesses, with her legal focus including transactions, contracts, licensing, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures/sales, probate, asset protection, choice of entity, and estate planning. She is licensed to practice law in both California and New York.
An accomplished speaker, coach and leader, Rochelle is passionate about women’s economic empowerment. Due to her diligent pro bono work, she was awarded the U.S. Small Business Administration Region IX Women Business Owner Champion of the Year in 2006. Rochelle is also the past-president of the National Association of Women’s Business Owners (NAWBO)’s Orange County chapter, served on NAWBO’s national board and was chair of the President’s assembly. Rochelle was also vice-chair of the Valley Economic Development Council.
Rochelle received her B.A. from UCLA, her J.D. from Southwestern Law School, and her EMBA from the Peter F. Drucker and Masatoshi Ito Graduate School of Management. She is fluent in both English and Spanish and enjoys spending her spare time outdoors and with her two adult children.
